Cancellation / Substitute

Culture Dynamics DCI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd accepts firm booking / purchase through this registration / payment. In making such booking / sale, client accepts our booking and cancellation policy. Should you decide to cancel or substitute, a cancellation / substitute policy shall be applied as follows:

a. Cancellation or substitute is allowed if no less than seven (7) days before training date. You must provide a written letter or email with reason for such.
b. Cancellation is not allowed if less than seven (7) days before training date, however, you can substitute with an alternate name.
c. If cancellation, total paid amount or any unpaid balance amount will also be liable for 15% administrative charges and balance shall be refunded.
d. If no show on the day of the course for unpaid registration, you are still liable for full payment of the course.
e. You can substitute an alternate name if you wish to avoid cancellation / substitute charges.
f. Failing to attend the course will mean that full fee is payable for the course.

Payments
All Goods/ Services purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods.

Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Disclaimer

a. Culture Dynamics DCI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any course in the event of insufficient number of delegates to make the course viable.
b. In such case, the full course fee will be reimbursed and no cancellation fee will be applied.
c. The venue is subject to changes and it is at the discretion of Culture Dynamics DCI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to make final decision.
d. We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
